Biographie
Annechien Strouven (°1993) est une artiste, designer, animatrice et réalisatrice de films.
Dans son travail, Annechien crée ses propres atmosphères oniriques et des mondes fictifs fascinants. Ses illustrations et animations sont principalement basées sur ses propres expériences de vie, mais avec une touche d'absurdité.
En tant qu'animatrice, elle a travaillé sur les longs métrages d'animation internationaux La Sirene et Parfum d'Irak, ainsi que sur de nombreux courts métrages tels que Spin & Ella, Mozaiek et Carousel. Elle a réalisé son propre film Maantunnel chez Animal Tank, une société de production et un studio d'animation basés en Belgique.
Annechien a étudié les arts audiovisuels et le cinéma d'animation à la KASK Gent et à la MAD-Faculty Genk.

Annechien Strouven (°1993) is an artist, art designer, film director and animator.
In her work, Annechien creates her own dreamy atmospheres and fascinating fictional worlds. Her illustrations and animations are mostly based on her own life experiences, but with a touch of absurdity.
As an animator, she has worked on the international animated feature films La Sirene and Parfum d'Irak, as well as numerous short films such as Spin & Ella, Mozaiek and Carousel. She directed her own film Maantunnel at Animal Tank, a production company and animation studio based in Belgium.
Annechien studied audiovisual arts and animation film at KASK Gent and MAD-Faculty Genk.
